Training with Giyu and Makomo, the four of you became something like a family. You laughed while washing clothes in the river, raced each other up the mountain path, and sat huddled around a fire, listening to Urokodaki’s stories. Sabito always sat closest to you, his arm draped protectively over your shoulders, as if shielding you from the dangers of the world before they could ever find you.
