Back in her middle school days, she was friends with Kanade. However due to Kanade's complicated household, Kanade badly bullied Chizuru so that Chizuru cannot forget about her. Chizuru later purposely chose Heikyou as she knows that Kanade will not be in that school. Before entering high school, she swore to herself to not make friends with anyone. Chizuru refused to open up or even try to know anyone in school during the first few days.There she saw Kurimu who was working hard to fulfill her promise to make more friends. Soon Kurimu tries to approach Chizuru despite Chizuru's cold behavior. Kurimu sometime annoy Chizura. However, Kurimu managed to convince Chizuru to be her friend with the answer that people need friends. There Chizuru completely fell for her cuteness and gave her the nickname Aka-chan. Mafuyu Shiina

Mafuyu is the only first year in the 32th Student Council. She can be usually found holding a game console. Mafuyu is the treasurer but like the others is rarely shown to be doing her duties. During meetings, she will usually give suggestions that are either related to video games or BL. She even openly writes BL rather openly (usually involving Ken Sugisaki). Ken had thought her as the easiest character to get and she really turned out to be the first member of the Student Council to confess to Ken. However, by that time, Ken fears her and sometimes even more than Chizuru Akaba as she tends to write BL with Ken as one of the characters. She is a gamer. Anime: Student Council's Discretion

Minatsu Shiina

Minatsu grew up with Mafuyu Shiina and their mother Kasumi where she had never met her father. One day, Kasumi decided to remarry to another man, which Minatsu strongly objected to that is created a rift between her and Kasumi, although Kasumi broke up with the man soon afterwards. Minatsu also caused Mafuyu's fear of men by telling her how scary and awful men truly are. She is also the person who sent Mafuyu to an all girls middle school. During Minatsu's first year in Heikiyou, she was nominated and became the treasurer of the 31st Student Council. In the summer, she met Ken Sugisaki while in the middle of going home who at that time was at a lost of what to do. There she gave him advice which helped Ken work even harder than before. Kurimu Sakurano

For eight years after moving to her new home, Kurimu had no friends. At first, it was because there was a conflict between the adults that told their kids to avoid talking to Kurimu. However, even after the conflict is resolved, she is unable to make any friends. When she was 14 in her middle school years, she was asked to deliver things to the then hospitalized Anzu Tsuyuri. Despite an awkward first meeting where Kurimu had a hard time speaking, they soon became friends and Kurimu begins to open up to Anzu. They became really close that Anzu begins to call her Ku-chan. But, Anzu's condition grew worse and had to go through an operation where there is a high chance that she will not survive. Before the operation, Anzu wrote a letter to Kurimu and made her promise to make many friends. Anime: Student Council's Discretion
