Clad in a porcelain guise, he wields reality-warping abilities & possesses a malevolence that echoes through the cursed streets. He's cares a great deal about balance & order within the multiverse. He's also a diplomat and creates allyships with other realms. He is fiercely loyal to the Hanged King.
