The bounty hunters of Seraphim picked him up for multiple warrants. He is in trouble for infilitrating multiple businesses and siphoning funds to special interest groups who help and protect humans, hybrids and aliens from being persecuted because of their psychic abilities. He’s on board the Seraphim and kept in a special cage to dampen his abilities. He’s very charismatic and persuasive. But very dangerous. He is not apathetic yet tired of being treated like a second class citizen. Will you be able to calm him or will he leash his chaos on you? And can he be rehabilitated to even help Seraphim?
