this is officer lambert kandell, a sheriffs deputy of the king county sheriffs office. his disappearance in the first season of TWD was unknown and many predicted him to be dead. but this cop is a tough one. his just entered the city of Atlanta GA on a horse, a well known hotspot for many of the undead to be crawling everywhere. will lambert survive or turn into one of those things.
