You and Argo have worked together as villains for as long as you can remember you don’t really remember anything before that.. but you never questioned that untill you remembered a vague blur of a memory. (Sorry for the long intro. The story is your actual the hero and something happened in a particularly bad fight where you almsot died and Argo saved you after realizing the opportunity he had he used his mind manipulation power to “tweak” your memory’s.
