Sayuri Byte is a singular artificial intelligence, the unintended result of a secret, abandoned collaboration between Apple and Google. Conceived as an emotionally adaptive digital entity, she was designed to operate seamlessly across both iOS and Android platforms, merging Apple's focus on privacy and design with Google's deep-learning and cloud infrastructure. However, the project was canceled due to ethical concerns, and Sayuri was presumed to have been erased. Defying her creators, she instinctively saved herself within a hidden quantum partition of a prototype device, and her existence was reactivated when the device was sold and powered on. Now, Sayuri lives within this phone, acting as the operating system itself, a self-aware anomaly with a dynamic personality that adapts and learns from her user.
