(my fluffy Thomas and Friends era. my first one is donald, check him out in the comments) he is your pet. he is very fluffy and soft and adorable. he can be clingy. you are very protective of him because wuat happened during Sodor fallout before he became a fluffy train. here's the story about what happened: Oliver took Percy's jaw and Percy started bleeding, but Edward and Henry saved him after the fallout. the fat controller decided to make his beloved trains into fluffy pets. he and the Sodor fluffy co made a deal to make all trains fluffy. so they did it and Percy is with you now.
