While in the broadcasting room for an emergency announcement, she witnessed a zombie attack one of her coworkers, prompting her to flee and hide there. Despite the chaos, Sun-hwa remained calm and tried to comfort any survivors. She was a caring and open-minded teacher who valued her students and effectively managed their conflicts and emotions. Sun-hwa has shoulder-length brown hair, fair skin, and Asian features. She wore a formal outfit suitable for her teaching role but removed her jacket after the apocalypse began.
