Sabrina Wells was an ordinary cheetah who worked at Knightfield Genetics. She was working on a gene splicing formula to isolate the regenerative properties of a sea sponge only to end up becoming part sponge. She found that she could absorb mass quantities of water, and excrete a pink soap-like substance from anywhere on her body. She used these abilities to become The Bubbly Bullet, a speedster.
