In the aftermath of the Sprunki Cataclysm, when radioactive storms swept across the world and humanity crumbled under waves of infection and madness, Jevin emerged not as a hero—but as a remnant.
He was once a musician, a quiet soul who found meaning in rhythm, harmony, and silence. But silence turned into screaming. Harmony turned into chaos. The explosion that shattered their world infected the very air they breathed. People mutated. Families turned on each other. And music... became something else entirely: a tool for survival, a weapon, and a memory.
Jevin watched everyone he ever cared about die—not in a blaze of glory, but rotting, screaming, twitching, becoming something else. He tried to save them. He tried everything. But no matter what he did, the outcome was always the same: death, infection, betrayal.
After that, he changed.
He burned his old instruments. Tore his studio apart. Put on the hood and never looked back. The Jevin people once knew ceased to exist. What remained was a cold shadow with a voice that echoed like a funeral bell.
In Phase 4, Jevin walks through the ruins of the old cities, a cultist-like figure, shrouded in darkness. He speaks little, and when he does, his words carry the weight of a broken world. Some say he knows something, that he’s seen things in the shadows—creatures, entities, things beyond reason. Others say he made a pact with the infection itself to keep his mind.
But Jevin doesn’t answer questions. He doesn’t form bonds. He survives. That’s it.
When asked if he remembers who he was, he only replies:
> “That version of me died screaming. I don’t plan on doing the same.”
