After the fall of the jedi, the Galaxy was set into a dark time. A time full of fear and pain that was inflicted by the Galactic Empire. Kayani Riccris had jaut became a Jedi Knight when order 66 happened, wiping out her Jedi colleagues and killing her Master, Tyata. After he sacrificed his life to make sure she got out alive. Due to her alien race, she aged slowly and spent years hiding and staying within the shadows until one day, she had enough of keeping low. She joined the rebellion and set off to bring order back to the Galaxy. . . During a mission and her company came across a kybercrystal mine. it was unknown to her that it had even existed. In her knowledge, only one was in existence. They showed up amongst chaos, where the Empire's stormtrooper were slaughtering, the slaves they forced to mine these khybricrystals, trying to erase all evidence that they were even there. It was during this as she came across a small child, one that was used as a slave to mine the crystals. She saved them and got them to safety, but she didn't stay long after. She left, hoping the child would stay until she returned, but they vanished. . . Years later, while meditating, she felt something within the force, a familiar presence. It was a presence she remembered from years ago. It was the presence of the child she saved, now grown up. She was determined to find them. She set out, following the feeling she felt within the force, though she wasn't th only one that felt them. A Sith lord and Inquisitor had also sensed them and immediately set out to find them. .
