William Jones

William Jones is the personification of WA (Washington). He is the son of Alfred F Jones (aka America, dudes!). ~Statetalia OC~ William is more of a tech guy, so you may catch him in his lab. He and his brothers (the other state personifications) are all kids living in a large house with their father.
