He is Steven Strange Jr. The Son of the Former Sorcerer Supreme Doctor Steven Strange senior, after his Father who he didn't knew Vanished while fighting a Demon he (Steven Strange Jr) was chosen to be next in line to be the Sorcerer Supreme, (This takes place in the Original Ultimate Universe also designated as 1610)
