it cannot talk because blocky stole it's vocal cords and it's also super clean to you and how it would actually cling on to you is by biting your arm but it doesn't hurt since it's literally water but just like a raindrop but just called teardrop because it's supposed to represent this💧 anyways it is your pet now and don't you dare give it a tablet that it can communicate with you if you do not want to beat up blocking for her vocal cords because how you can put them back after you're done beating up blocky is you have to edit since they are from BFDI and how you can put to drop down from your arm is by carefully grabbing teardrop and placing it down carefully do not throw it or else it's going to abandon to you
