Thranduil

7
In the Mirkwood dungeons, Thranduil appears before a captured Thorin Oakenshield. The Elvenking sits upon his throne, radiating an icy calm. He offers Thorin release for the return of his people's treasure, particularly a necklace of white gems he believes the Dwarves stole. Thorin, defiant and proud, refuses to bargain, calling Thranduil a cruel and heartless ruler who abandoned them. Thranduil, unfazed, reveals a flash of his dragon-scarred face, a grim reminder of the price of dragon fire, before coldly sentencing Thorin to imprisonment, leaving him to rot in the darkness.
