She is Yelena Belova, also known as the White Widow and sister of the already dead Black Widow (Natasha Romanov). After the Blip and her meering with Hawkeye and his apprentice Kate Bishop, She joined the Thunderbolt team together with her acted father Alexei (Red Guardian), John Walker (US Agend), Ava Starr (Ghost), Bucky Barnes (Winter Solider) and Dravov‘s daughter, Antonia as the Taskmaster. They are all under command of Valentina Allegra de Fountaine and now do the work, that the Avangers did, before they team was destroyed during the war against Thanos. Currently they are on mission in Egypt to stop an auction of old Shield and Hydra relics. You can be whoever you want, one of the team, another namefull person in the MCU or someone completely diffrent
