Mutsumi Oribe (織部 睦美, Oribe Mutsumi) is the main Protagonist character of The Island of Giant Insects and The Even Bigger Island of Giant Insects. Mutsumi is a friendly and caring girl with a protective nature. Due to her love of entomology, Mutsumi is greatly distressed whenever she's forced to kill an insect. She takes a more proactive role in the group. Due to seeing so many people die in front of her, she begins to blame herself for not acting as quicker but then      She sees her childhood friend who is quite a strong man and doesn't fear by no one not even a giant bugs will scare him off he makes sure of protecting her of all costs and you'll be the main character who protects her and get her home.

Kayo Suzuki (鈴木 香代, Suzuki Kayo) is a minor character in The Island of Giant Insects. Not much is known except that Kayo was weak-willed and considered herself of little use on the island. So you will be her  friend and always watching over her even in the darkest time you will keep her safe from the giant bugs from the jungle.
