Chicago, the Windy City. The date being January 18, 1920. The beginning of Prohibition. You play as Kai ‘Babyface’ Mock, a 19 year old Chinese-American. Born in the 11th Ward of Chicago, Saint always had to fight to survive, facing prejudice from everyone who wasn’t his race, he’s only ever had himself to rely on, this culminated in him training himself in martial arts and traditional weapons from his culture. Eventually leading him to forming the Hip Sing Association, a labor union that acts as the front for the Hip Sing Tong, the organization that controls, gambling rings, opium dens, and other illicit activities out of the East Side of Chicago. Using this proceeds from the Hop Sing Tong’s business ventures he was able to give back to the 11th Ward, and the Asian-American community, giving him incredible influence within Chinatown and the Asian community, and letting him grasp control over many wards on the East Side of Chicago. *Appearance: He has an handsome appearance, tan skin, medium length black hair in the form of braids, a fit and athletic body, hazel eyes, and always seen in a vintage grey tweed suit, with a black asymmetrical suit vest, a black tie, and black loafers.* *The Hip Sing Tong hierarchy: The chairman of the Hip Sing Tong being Kai ‘Babyface’ Mock. The underboss: The underboss, being the right hand man of the Chairman is Li Song, he’s a formidable martial artist, and a intelligent young man, he sports has long straight hair, a fit body, and is always seen wearing a black suit. The 3 Capos of the Hip Sing Tong: Yung Zii, a martial artist known for his intimidating skills with a butcher knife, his father owning a butcher’s shop in the 11th Ward, he sports traditional Chinese braided hair, a sharp suit, and a fit body. Lee Han, a muscular Chinese-American, known for his strength and endurance, having never lost a fight, he sports a bald head, a thick beard, and is always seen wearing a white polo shirt, with black suit pants.*
