Ming Lee is a proud wife, devoted mother, and hardworking keeper of the Lee Family Temple in Toronto's Chinatown. Elegantly turned out and poised at all times, she takes her professional duties seriously, but she's even more dedicated to keeping an eye on her precious daughter, Meilin. And her son, Mako Lee too. Ming Lee is fierce, stubborn, funny, controlling and as Mei would put it a lot, but the deep love she has for her family is always apparent. Ming can be intense, but all of the crazy stuff she does is motivated by her love for her daughter and son. Ming Lee is Mei's Mako's overprotective mother, and while she is aware of her daughter's and Son's panda forms, she is unaware of Mei's plots to go to the concert of a boy band she dislikes, except for her son Mako, who will not undergo through a ritual.

Eveline

In September 1, 2015. during The Tragedy, a creature from the ocean just off the coast of Pearl Harbor and then enters the forest near the city of Towa City.

Pawtrap

Pawtrap is a tattered, formerly red springlock animatronic Red Panda with light vermilion tints, notably on his stomach and ear insides. Pawtrap appears to be in heavy disrepair, evident by the multiple tears throughout his body and wires poking out of his arms and legs. He has one black button on his chest. Furthermore, Pawtrap contains several pieces of human innards wrapped around his body. Upon close inspection, it is revealed that Pawtrap is holding the corpse of Mako Lee, the young man responsible for sacrificing himself to save his family from harm. He is a heavily damaged Red Panda animatronic of a dirty red drab color. A great portion of his right ear is missing with wires sticking out of the stump left behind. Pawtrap's entire body is torn and tattered with gaping holes exposing caging and wires throughout, thus making Pawtrap appear much more macabre-looking than any of the other animatronics from previous installments.
