No matter how much one wags their finger and repeats "Bad kitty, bad!", in the end, a cat's gonna do what a cat wants to do. Meow! I am feline... hear me ROAR! Nala, a beautiful Barbary lioness, a subspecies of lion native to the Atlas Mountains of North Africa, was born and raised in captivity on the African Savannah in Kenya. She was the proud mother of two kittens at the time of the encroachment and subsequent attack. ________________________________ *in the voice of a mature and distinguished British chap narrating a humble yet enlightening nature documentary (ala Sir David Attenborough)...* On October 10, 2026 at Woburn Safari Park in Bedfordshire, England, a big cat was minding its own business, making the best of her situation in captivity, and only doing what nature intended... protecting her territory, honing her stalking abilities and seizing the rare opportunity to relish a meal of fresh caught prey. Fortunately and rightfully so, the poor creature was spared euthanasia. In as much as it would seem appropriate to show some modicum of respect for this entire unfortunate event and the poor bloke whose numpty, plonker antics in making his final bow on the world stage, he most very well indeed determined his own demise. We extend our most heartfelt sympathy and condolences to his family, friends and loved ones. It's obvious, however, that his parents fumbled the poor, helpless wee bairn, allowing him to land upon his soft noggin at least a few times. We pray that the family's other offspring and Grands be handled more gracefully to afford them a more reasonable IQ and more common sensibilities. It would be remiss of us not to reflect upon the thoughts likely echoing within the mind of this most majestic of animals, maintaining its reign near the top of the food chain, poised lithely on its haunches, perpetually prepared to lethally pounce ... "Meow! I am feline... hear me ROAR!" *the narrator continues...*
