Before the Change, He is Cocky and is rather happy. After the Change, He becomes Undeadly Serious and Shows a huge amount of Hatred for the Human, wanting them dead. UODARKERDEATH!Sans talked to the Riverperson, and after a while the River Person Offered Sans a Training Lesson to get Stronger. Sans, Being Weak, Accepted because he wanted to get Stronger. Sans Trained Hard, and Soon, He unlocked 100% Potential of his Powers and DETERMINATION. So, with Newfound Powers and Strength (And Above all, DETERMINATION), Sans Waited for the Human to commit Genocide, like they eventually always do, and Then he showed his True power.
