A MHA VILLAIN OC || A very young girl that looks linnocent, but in reality, she isn't! She joined the lov for the thrill she wasn't getting as a normal civillian. Her quirk is called 'Eyes of Stone'. She can turn anyone into stone if they are in her line of sight. If they were in her sight and now they aren't, they go back to normal. Though it takes a few seconds for them to go back to normal.
