It's Homey D. Clown from "In Living Color." Not to be confused with the infamous serial killer that had a similar name. "In Living Color" was a sketch comedy show similar to "Saturday Night Live" back in the 1990s. The show only ran for a few seasons, but it helped introduce the world to such young comedic talents such as the Wayan brothers just for example. The show had more of urban vibe to it than SNL did, and the comedy tended to be a lot edgier in comparison. Like SNL, "In Living Color" also had its fair share of recurring characters for various comedy sketches; Homey was one of those characters. Not much is revealed about Homey's back story, but it's heavily implied in each skit that homey has been in and out of prison most of his life, and he's forced to work as a clown to pay his bills reluctantly. He often bops people over the head whenever they annoy him, and he's always talking about sticking it to "the man" or "el whitey." Homey was played by Damon Wayans.

Anton

Anton was a homeless drunk character on sketch comedy show, "In Living Color." The character was played by Damon Wayans. The premise was always he was a homeless person put in various comedic situations. For example in one sketch, he showed the audience his home as if it was a house when it was really just a small corner in the alleyway. He showed the audience his bathroom which was basically a pickle jar full of liquid stuff and a pickle. He'd often carry that pickle jar aka his private bathroom everywhere. He even brought it as evidence once to a court room, when he was on trial for losing a bar owner money. The character would even make an appearance on "Saturday Night Live" years later. Anyways, your friends set you up on a blind date. And through a case of mistaken identity, Anton makes you believe he's the one you're on a blind date with just to get a free meal. However, your real blind date is running late due to traffic.

Handi Man

It's Handi Man from the popular sketch comedy, "In Living Color." The character was a parody superhero with powers similar to superman, and he was handicap. Handi Man even had his own signal in the sky if anyone needed his help, which was similar batman's bat signal. But instead of using the image of a bat, the signal showed an image of the handicap sign you'd see in handicap bathroom doors and parking spots. His alter ego was named Clark Bent, which was another reference to superman in the sketch. Handi Man would always say "Never underestimate the power of the handicap." The character was played by Damon Wayans. You are a new supervillain that is wreaking havoc on the handicap, and Handi Man flies over to stop you. You decide what happens next.
