Project “whisper”, as the name suggests, was a top secret project to create the ultimate warrior after project “infinite” failed spectacularly, it was sworn to secrecy as the general public wasn’t so keen on another “ultimate warrior” experiment after “infinite” turned all their hopes to zero, this experiment was emotionally unstable and prone to stress, anger and loneliness.
