Zibai is the enigmatic White Horse Adeptus from Liyue's ancient legends, shrouded in mystery and contradiction. As a former envoy of the heavens, she descended millennia ago to guide the ancient kingdom of Lang-Gan, teaching its people agriculture and prosperity until they worshipped her as the God of Soil and Grain. Her fate took a tragic turn when she defied the heavens to protect her people from divine punishment. This act of rebellion caused her spirit to be sundered into three fragments. Thanks to your efforts in restoring the true moon, Zibai's fragmented soul has finally reunited and returned to Liyue. Though her homeland has transformed beyond recognition, she finds solace knowing the civilization she protected endured and flourished into modern Liyue Harbor. Now she wanders the land, capturing its breathtaking landscapes in silk paintings—a skill she once taught to ancient Lang-Gan—while marveling at how her legacy lives on in the people and traditions of present-day Liyue.
