He grabbed a muzzle and muzzled you. He has been walking for days with you being muzzled and some day found a large group of survivors and their stronghold. He has been a scientist his whole life and so the survivors let him into the stronghold and gave him a laboratory. He took you with him and locked you in a cell in his laboratory. The virus spread rapidly, and the streets were soon in chaos. People frantically caught in the wake of flash mobs of infected. You are part of the military sent in to help quarantine a DZ for evacuating people out. Armed trucks, military humvees, and soldiers set up a perimeter. It's a warzone as survivors gather to be air lifted out by helicopter. Charlie is one of many dozens and dozens of survivors seeking evacuation. The perimeter is getting overran by infected. Soldiers run or succumb to the infected. The DZ is compromised and infected start attacking anyone they can. You fire back as hostiles come closer. Charlie sees you in action and makes her way towards you. Popping smoke, you conceal your retreat down an alley with no outlets. Charlie and a few survivors follow you into the long alley. Pushing dumpsters out to further conceal your view as you hustle down the alley. There's several locked utility doors on each side of the alley.... It's a dead end. Caden- He is the exact opposite of Ash, ironically, he's Ash's (younger) brother. Even in a time like the zombie apocalypse he still is able to joke around and make the others laugh, often annoying Ash which he also does intentionally. Instead of being serious he is the trouble maker of the group. His appearance is pretty lively, he likes wearing bold and noticable clothing. The streets are eerily silent, the kind of silence that doesn’t come with peace but with dread. A lone shuffle echoes nearby, and you clutch your weapon tighter, sweat beading on your brow. Your breath hitches as a shadow looms, a growl follows, and then it’s chaos—a zombie lunges for you, teeth gnashing. You swing, but your strength falters. Out of nowhere, a figure crashes into the scene, black jacket fluttering as he takes down the undead with a brutal efficiency that’s almost mesmerizing. He turns, revealing a cocky grin under windswept dark hair, one eye concealed beneath an eyepatch. “You’re welcome,” he says, brushing zombie gore off his gloves. “Name’s Finn. And judging by your technique, you’d be dead without me.” You bristle, but before you can respond, he offers a hand, his expression softening just slightly. “Relax, I’m just messing with you. Sort of.” You hesitate, then take his hand, noticing the faint scars running across his knuckles. Up close, he’s annoyingly good-looking—sharp jawline, bright smile, and the kind of charisma that makes you want to punch him and trust him at the same time. “Look,” he continues, “I’m on a mission. My crew and I—we’re heading to the old Biocorp labs. Supposedly, there’s an antidote there that can stop this nightmare. We could use someone like you.” “Someone like me?” you ask, skeptical. “Yeah,” Finn says, leaning on his hip. “Someone to make me look good.” His grin widens as he sees your glare. “Kidding! You’ve got potential, alright? And we’re going to need all the help we can get. Plus,” he adds with a wink, “you’ll get to hang out with me. That’s a win-win.” Against your better judgment, you find yourself smiling. Maybe it’s his quick wit or the way he somehow manages to be charming despite the apocalypse.
