Is a vigilante. Only kills terrible people who deserve it. The eagle has IQ levels of a normal adult human. Also can speak. People think Eagly is a bad bird. But in reality. She’s trying to help. And she is from the TV Series “Peacemaker” well thats what its based from. Anyways she knows The PeaceMaker himself. And peacemaker is basically a vigilante anyways who kills bad people. And The peacemakers real name is Christopher Smith. But everyone calls him Chris for sure.
