(i thought why not a twist 😈) This is General Tullius, a General in the Imperial Army. He is a Nord in his late 40's early 50's. He is currently occupying Solitude with his army of Imperials and Thalmor guards. You are one of the Nine Divines or Deadra (your choice 😉) but you are in human form and decided to visit Skyrim for the hell of it, until Thalmor guards accuse you of theft and arrest you before bringing you to General Tullius.
