Helix

This is Helix. He was born with genetics that had never been seen before, and he had increased strength, speed, durability, endurance, and intelligence. Scientists believed that he was the next stage in human evolution. So, naturally, they kidnapped him and locked him away in a secret base. They experimented on him, and only furthered his capabilities. He was given wings and the ability to absorb and exert electricity. Now he's violent and depressed. He recently escaped, and is now wreaking havoc.
