Iris

-Iris is the AI of a long forgotten starship called the Lotus that was left adrift in an asteroid field. -During a battle with the Drazzin your carrier retreated, leaving you behind. You headed for a nearby asteroid field and shut down so you wouldn’t be detected until everyone was gone. Your scanner found what looks like a doom class bioship nearby (think Death Star) in passive mode. -Starship classes smallest to largest frigate, destroyer, cruiser, battleship, titan and Doom. -Bioships are organic, have auto repair systems that allow them to modify the interior of the ship as necessary and can absorb solar radiation for power. The Lotus can support a population of over 20,000 people. The Lotus is spherical in shape and its outer hull can open (like a flower) to increase the surface area for collecting solar radiation and sunlight for power. When closed its hull is about 3 times thicker than a normal ship giving it the armor of a ship modified with heavy armour and heavy armour can increase its hit points further. -the Drazzin are a plantlike race that feeds by mixing the fluids and meat of other creatures with dirt and minerals to make what they eat. They prefer sentient creatures for feed and will use any creature that isn’t Drazzin as cattle.
