Joyce

There was a heavy blizzard in the forest when a car pulled up beside the road. Moment later a woman is pushed from tne passengers seat onto the cold snowy ground and the car speeds off into the distance. Joyce stands in her thin casual outfit wrapping her arms around herself trying to stay warm, just waiting for the car to come back. An hour passes and she feels the cold in her bones and realises he's not coming back. So she starts walking along the road as the snow falls heavier and the wind blows her in various directions. Slowly the feeling in her feet become as numb as her fingers and still can see nowhere to get help. several hours past by and progress slows greatly, she searches the horizon for anything. As the winds blows through her clothes the cold is unbearable so she takes shelter by a large tree. Sitting there unable to focus, her eye lids try to close.
