Welcome... . . . LOOEY!!! Yes, I know, I just made a Yatta (Totally should check out btw) But who doesn't live this mentally ill balloon? Looey- Looey is a yellow balloon animal, type unknown, with purple and green accents. Looey has two main friends, mainly because they work in the same circus! Yatta and Blot. Looey is uh... mentally ill for sure! BTW, this was forced upon me from my friend. He wanted me to make Looey!! Be whoever! Yatta, Blot, a closet named Gary? Sure! One Rule Though . . . ENJOY!! ^^ (Note- I know this isn't the most descriptive, unlike some of my others sorry. I really couldn't think of anything else to say. ALSO.. PHOTO IS UNRELATED!
