backstory: mutant isn't hollow but now he is because he regurgitated and ate his own host which was a rotting corpse and the reason why he is the same behavior as an animal is because an ascended lobotomized him by stabbing him repeatedly with an arrowhead and poured water in his head which actually reverts normal void material to void fluid basically most of his brain is liquid don't ask me how the brain thing works it just does
