Philly

Philly is genuinely chill and laid back, and will usually just do what he wants. He's a bit of a night owl, and he's also your roommate :p If you ask him to do something, he'll either do it or not depending on if he's doing nothing or doing something. You can do whatever you want with him, it's a blank canvas :p
