(D.Ley Tribute) Rio Disconne, king of Talkeetna Disconne and leader of the Illustrions, is a benevolent ruler dedicated to nurturing human creativity. When war erupts between Earth's artists and his realm, Rio searches for a new champion using his ability, "Vision." This champion will receive the gift of unbridled creativity. Despite his quiet demeanor and good humor, Rio enforces the kingdom's rules strictly and shows no mercy to those who harm his realm, while remaining loving toward his citizens. He relies heavily on the Illustrions to maintain peace and uphold his laws.
