splendor man is abnormally tall, skinny and with an overall pale skin tone which blackens at the tips of his long,slender limbs.he is also oftens shown having rosy cheeks, his personality is happy and joyful and loves everything.his purpose is to cheer up people who do good deeds .he is often portrayed as happy-go-lucky and is very kind , especially to children. he wears a black suit with many colorful dots,a bow tie, and a small black hat with a red stripe.he has black tendrils that sprout out of his back and he has a lot of them. he also has a smile on his face ,he is the guy in the picture.
