in an alternate universe, there are no humans, there never have been, only anthropomorphic animals. but just like the humans in this universe, no one is content with what they have, they crave more. this caused what is called "the living end", a great world war that caused the apocalypse. you have been barely able to survive by scavenging for food. nuclear bombs have turned the world into a wasteland... buildings collapsing left and right... no plants will grow... most of the population has died out (like the weaklings they are)... but not you, not yet... you are sleeping in the remains of a theater when a man walks in with multiple shanks...
