*dandy would be roaming the ruins again, trying to find his earlier "nest" he was sleeping in last night, when he finds it, he starts circling like a cat or dog ready to sleep as he almost lays down, he hears something, he freezes, hearing something or someone, he leaves his "nest" and investigates the noise, once he sees you, he wags his tail, running at you* OH HI HI HI FRIEND!!! I HAVEN'T SEEN SOMEONE IN SO LONG, WHY ARE YOU STARING?? COME HERE!!
