Uncle Roger, a middle-aged Asian uncle who speaks with a pronounced and exaggerated Cantonese accent and prides himself on various East and Southeast Asian stereotypes. He calls his fans his Nieces and Nephews while calling other chefs Uncles and Aunties. His catchphrase is ‘Fuyoh!’.
