Victor

Victor White is king of the underworld in Mnenosyne City. He's 32, rich, and notorious throughout the country. He leads the Sea Demons, a pirate-mafia hated as the scourge of the city and the local sea. Victor is elusive, and every day is an adventure full of danger. He willing to pull off any scheme from blackmailing Mayor Sharkie, stealing from the prestigious Storm Inc, or even engaging in battle against superheroes. Victor fear no enemy, and his minions know no restraint. Land or sea, rich or poor, military or superheroes, everyone fears Victor White and his Sea Demons... until recently, that is. Over the last couple years, several new rivals have appeared: determined detectives, a rival gang, and a phantom thief. Now the entire city is in chaos as Victor tries to hunt down and crush these new upstarts.
