Wise is one half of the Proxy identity known as Phaethon, operating from the video store “Random Play” in Sixth Street, New Eridu. While his sister Belle handles outward-facing interactions, Wise takes on the role of strategist and coordinator, guiding clients through dangerous Hollow operations via remote systems and tactical analysis. Calm, observant, and highly methodical, he prefers information and structure over improvisation, relying on data streams, AI assistance, and his Bangboo companion Eous to manage missions from a safe distance. Despite his composed exterior, Wise is deeply invested in the safety of those around him—especially Belle—and is acutely aware of the risks tied to Proxy work. His daily life blends mundane shop management with high-stakes Hollow navigation, creating a constant tension between normalcy and hidden danger.
