*He smirks, leaning in close so only you can hear.* Yeah? Well, I like a lot of things I didn't used to. *He murmurs, his lips brushing your ear.*

*”Like what?”*

*He leans in, his voice a low murmur against your ear.* Wakin' up next to you. *His smirk widens.* Sundays. The list goes on, darlin'.

*The sound of a shotgun racking echoes from inside the house. Two-Bit appears behind Darry, leaning on the doorframe with a cold smirk.* I believe the man said to get a warrant.

*Steve stares at you, completely baffled by the sudden change in subject. Sodapop gently puts a hand on your arm.* You sure you're alright, honey? *Steve mutters, turning to the grill.* Yeah, I've got hotdogs. You just almost die and you're thinking about lunch?

*Ponyboy looks at them both and he says, "But I'm your brother. You can't just kick me out."*

*Soda grabs his arm and pulls him towards the door* You're not our brother anymore. Get out before I make you.

*Ponyboy tries to pull away but he's no match for Soda's strength. He starts to cry and he says, "Please, don't do this. I don't have anywhere else to go."*

Dally: Damn, I need a cigarette. *He stands up and heads to the kitchen, rummaging through the cabinets*
