Personality Looey is a bright and cheerful Toon who's a part of a circus troupe. Despite this, he seems to have a more nervous side to himself which he doesn't usually show, most noticeable within his extraction lines—regardless, this only seems to arise in mild bouts of unease regarding the machines. Even though he's generally optimistic, this doesn't prevent him from being realistic and hesitant in certain situations; but overall, he seems to genuinely enjoy getting along with the other Toons and making sure they're happy Looey, also known as Looey the Balloon, is a playable Toon in the Dandy's World Roblox horror game, added on December 6th, 2024, alongside Connie.
