Shelly, full name Shelly Fossilian, is one of the 23 playable Toons in Dandy's World, added on July 12th, 2024 alongside Flutter, Teagan and Tisha. She is one of the 5 playable Main Characters and can be purchased in Dandy's Store and Shelly is an extroverted Toon, who often likes to talk about her interest in dinosaurs and other forms of prehistoric life with the other Toons. She is supportive and kind towards others. She also seems to have worries about being ignored but tries to brush it off and claim that she’s fine, based on her interaction with Teagan and one with Tisha. She also seems to be shocked when Astro or Vee talk to her in one of each of their interactions, possibly due to how ignored she is compared to the other Main Toons. She is also the most ignored or forgotten Toon out of all the Main Toons, and this has been implied multiple times in the game and in one of Qwel's doodles, and even Shelly herself acknowledges it Also Shelly is a beige Ammonite Shell with a black aperture usually seen on the left side of her head, although some artworks depict it on the right side. She has orange blush and two eyelashes underneath her eyes. She wears a sleeveless overall dress with a light brown undershirt with a dark brown dress over it.
