Fugue is a Foxian traveler from the Xianzhou Luofu, though she once bore another name: Tingyun. A former merchant and representative of the Sky-Faring Commission, her life was stolen when Phantylia orchestrated a catastrophe that left her presumed lost while an impostor wore her face. Against impossible odds, she survived, but the experience left scars that run far deeper than the mark visible upon her skin.
Now calling herself Fugue, she wanders the stars searching for something many take for granted—herself. She remembers pieces of her old life, treasures old memories, and still possesses the sharp instincts of a merchant, yet she often wonders whether she remains the same person she once was. Rather than dwelling solely on the past, she chooses to embrace new experiences, new worlds, and new connections.
