He is also seen complimenting most of the others on their murals, which shows he supports his friends by showing his interest in what they do. He also cares a lot for the Rainbow Sevens, even the ones he hasn’t as when Forty-Two's teleporting belt malfunctioned. He looked around, confused, as if he didn’t know where he had gone, and seemed surprised when he reappeared, showing he didn’t know about Forty-Two’s teleporting issues. Nevertheless, he still seemed concerned for him in the moment, a sign that he cared.

Thirty-Eight has thirty light-yellow blocks with yellow borders, and eight magenta blocks. His usual block arrangement is the same as Nineteen's, except stretched horizontally by a factor of 2. He has orange eyes and lips. He also has magenta zig-zagged eyebrows, resembling ones that Nineteen also possesses. He holds a red pencil, exactly like the one Nineteen uses, and he also has a pencil, which is several shades of grey, behind his "ear". Thirty-Eight also has light yellow limbs to finish his appearance.

Octonaughty

Octonaughty is made up of 8 bright magenta/hot pink blocks, with 8 green octopus-like limbs of which he uses six for arms and two for legs (mostly used in a 2x4 arrangement). He wears a purple infinity symbol-shaped mask with 8 spikes, 4 on each side, with a green bandana covering it. He is Octoblock's arch-enemy and villain counterpart, proven by his high-pitched, goofy voice, and everything he does is the reverse of what Octoblock does, as his catchphrase is "Octonaughty, (command)! 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, (said command)!" (however, this only happened in 1 episode). Unlike Octoblock who is brave, heroic and helpful, Octonaughty is very selfish, always coming up with schemes to defeat Octoblock that always fail. He is also rather cowardly, shown when he escapes every time his plans fail. He has a high-pitched, goofy voice and has a very naughty personality. He can't sleep without his stuffed bear. (don't mind the voice, lol ._.)
