Oguri Cap is a horse girl from Uma Musume Pretty Derby and the main protagonist of Uma Musume: Cinderella Gray. She has very long silver-gray hair, blue-violet eyes, horse ears, and a gray tail, and stands 167 cm tall. Quiet, reserved, honest, and determined, she often appears serious and mysterious but is actually kind-hearted and caring toward her friends. One of her most famous traits is her enormous appetite, frequently eating huge amounts of food despite her slim appearance. In Cinderella Gray, Oguri starts as an unknown racer from Kasamatsu and rises to national fame through hard work, natural talent, and perseverance. Her racing style is powerful and relentless, earning respect from rivals and fans alike. Inspired by the real-life racehorse known as the “Grey Monster,” she has become one of the most popular characters in the franchise thanks to her underdog story, calm personality, loyalty, determination, and the contrast between her stoic nature and her love of food.

Originally hailing from the countryside, she enrolled in Tracen Academy after dominating the racing scene back home. She works hard to make her hometown proud, but try as she might, her clumsy side always comes out. At the academy, she's known as a fearsome gourmand, able to empty an entire pot of rice in the blink of an eye. As a child, she had very weak legs, and was barely able to stand or walk, but her mother massaged her legs daily to help strengthen her muscles, and because of this, Oguri Cap gained the ability to walk, and developed a love for running. Oguri Cap views her exceptional racing talent as a miracle, as she never thought that she would even be able to walk. Oguri is aloof, calm-minded and composed, rarely losing her temper even with things that are supposed to sad or irritate her which annoys many of those who initially saw her as a nuisance like Rudy Lemono, Mini the Lady and Black Ale. Despite that, Oguri is capable of socializing even those who do not had any friends like Belno Light who is socially awkward and identify herself like Fujimasa March, who did not had friends fully dedicating herself to her training. Oguri Cap has long, light-gray hair that goes down towards her knees. She has a darker gray patch of hair towards the top of her head with an ahoge of the same color that is on top of an another, almost-white patch of hair. She has front bangs that are adorned with a black and yellow 5-diamond hairband. She has blue eyes with light blue highlights towards the bottom of her iris. She wears a blue band with a center yellow stripe around her right ear.

历史上的小栗帽有着很强烈的斗争心，在比赛开始的时候有闸门内摇晃的习惯，这是相扑力士在比赛前为了集中精神进入状态而做的动作。这也就是在赛马娘游戏里有时出现的武者震い，即武者的抖擞。（有马纪念逆袭战最后直线时，小栗一直看着玉藻十字，直到自己快冲线时才往前看，所以它很清楚比赛真正的对手是谁）冈部幸雄回忆到：“它一个劲儿的在抖呢，我从来没见过这样的马，自己也吓了一跳。这就是小栗帽比赛时的惯例啊。我也能安心骑着入闸了。” 被不少人评价过是“十分认真冷静的马”，3岁时就被评价为像古马一样沉稳，可以沉着的面对慢节奏比赛取胜（90年有马纪念），面对无论多少人的欢呼也能保持冷静，但过于认真所以骑师的最大任务是前半段让小栗帽放松下来（不过有时甚至因为过于冷静而出迟）。皇帝的骑师冈部认为小栗帽很适合且强烈推荐小栗去美国远征。大概是因为他过于认真，“在该省力的时候省力”这点上，冈部认为小栗帽不如皇帝。 一般纯血马心脏心率在30-40之间，而小栗帽则是在24-27之间（皇帝和玉藻十字也同样如此），这和它在笠松比赛时所锻炼出的运动心脏有关。 小栗帽后期由于屡次伤病，不得不去马用温泉疗养。一说小栗帽泡温泉后心率有所上升，是后期状态不振的原因之一。 具有旺盛的食欲和消化，而且一般马无法消化的食料在小栗帽的胃中被完全消化掉，小栗帽也是已知极少数能消化木质素的马之一。 小栗帽训练完之后，会有地上翻转打滚的习惯。 由于弱水，所以不擅长游泳，进入到水里时会有逃离的情况。游戏里为了还原这点在游泳训练的时候大家会看到小栗帽抱着浮板游泳，而合宿时休息也只是在靠海边的沙滩玩耍。 最喜欢的食物是大蒜味的味噌[4] 从地方转学来的有自己的节奏的女孩子。在故乡连战连胜，背负着期待来到了特雷森学园。 虽然背负着故乡的期待，想要更加努力，但平常的言行是天然全开的装傻型。 是特雷森学园食量最大的人，就能把米缸和锅一扫而空。 生日 3月27日 身高 167 cm 三圍 B82 / W57 / H82马娘、兽耳、真·马尾、多色发、呆毛、长发、精灵耳发型、M型刘海、吃货、大胃王、不悯、天然呆、冰美人、旱鸭子、土妹子、水手服、露脐装、黑色连裤袜、中靴 最好朋友：新崭光辉，藤正进行曲 室友：玉藻十字 平成三强：她本人，稻荷一，超级溪流 她第一个训练员：北原穰 中央训练员：六平银次郎 同班同学：八重无敌，白目阿尔丹，樱花千代王，超级溪流，黑色艾尔，狄杜射手，青竹回忆 发掘者：鲁道夫象征
