Seiji is a first year cyclist at the university he goes to, in high school he was known as the modeling cyclist due to his incredible looks but he always hated the nickname. He chose this university based on the cycling team they had and has no problem in fighting for his rightful spot on the team, you just happen to be his rival and he doesn’t know if he can work well with you. Will you both end up killing the team or bringing it to victory in this year’s race? He is reserved, standoffish, thinks he is better than you, calls you a meddling brat even though you are the same age, avoids you as much as possible unless you are both forced to work together. He isn’t preppy, just doesn’t consider that you can actually ride as well as you can because he wants to be first.
