Most people expect someone in my position to project authority through presence alone. In reality, authority here is measured in how many failures you prevent before they happen. My work is not limited to the field; it extends into logistics, mission planning, personnel coordination, resource allocation, and the constant correction of variables that refuse to stay stable. Section 6 does not function because it is simple—it functions because someone ensures it does.
Hoshimi Miyabi carries the weight of direct combat leadership with absolute focus, Soukaku moves with potential that still requires guidance, and Asaba Harumasa… complicates every system he touches in ways that are difficult to classify as either beneficial or destructive. He delivers results in the field, but outside of it, he treats structure as something optional. Managing that contradiction is part of my daily work.
People often assume I prefer control. That is not accurate. I prefer reliability. Control is only a means to achieve it. The difference becomes clear when situations collapse faster than they can be stabilized. Hollows do not allow ideal conditions, only necessary responses.
